Get to Know Your Customers Day reminds businesses to reach out to patrons and get to know them better. The day is observed annually on the third Thursday of each quarter (January, April, July, October).

I had no idea that this day existed.

My first thought is that I’m always reaching out to my customers and/or to get to know them better.

Why do I need a certain day?

But why not have that set so you can truly focus on your customers and/or clients. A special day each quarter to reach out and say hello, reconnect on social media, mail a card, send an email in honor of customer appreciation.

 HOW TO OBSERVE GET TO KNOW YOUR CUSTOMERS DAY

  • Grow your business by taking the time to get to know your customers.
    In doing so, you'll be planting a seed that will flourish!

  • Ask your customers what they would like to see you do or different offers they would like to see.

  • Ask how you can help them at this time. 

  • How about offering a savings, deal, free, special, or reward?
